Applicant Member Declaration

I / We hereby solemnly declare and agree that:

1. All information, business records, and documentation submitted during membership application are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
2. I / We agree to strictly abide by the Constitution, Rules, and Code of Conduct of the South Gujarat Caterers Association (SGCA) as in force now or amended from time to time.
3. I / We commit to maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, honesty, and fair trade practices in all catering and hospitality operations.
4. I / We understand that membership approval is subject to due verification and unanimous consent of the association committees and executive leadership.
5. The decision of the SGCA President, Secretary, and Governing Body regarding membership acceptance, suspension, or dispute resolution shall be final and binding.
