1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the South Gujarat Caterers Association (SGCA). By applying for membership, participating in SGCA events, or using our online portal and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility & Verification

Membership is open to verified catering businesses, event agencies, and service providers operating across South Gujarat. All applicants must provide authentic business documentation (such as GST or MSME registration) and two valid member references. SGCA reserves the right to accept or reject any application following member and executive review.

3. Member Conduct & Code of Ethics

Members must uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, professional ethics, and transparency. Any conduct detrimental to the reputation or unity of the association may lead to suspension or termination of membership by the Governing Body.

4. Fees & Annual Dues

Membership fees and term renewals must be paid in full according to the chosen membership plan. All payments must be routed through official association payment channels. Membership fees are non-refundable once approved.

5. Events, Activities & Pass Allocation

Registration for events, seminars, exhibitions, and general meetings is subject to capacity and event-specific guidelines. Event passes and badges are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the organizing committee.

6. Amendments & Jurisdiction

SGCA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any disputes arising in connection with the association shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
