1. Membership Application & Fees

All membership application fees and annual subscription dues paid to SGCA are non-refundable once an application has been approved and activated.

If an application is formally rejected by the Association during the approval review process, any advance membership fee paid will be refunded back to the original source account after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

2. Event Ticketing & Pass Bookings

Passes, tickets, and stall registrations purchased for SGCA expos, seminars, and special events are generally non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the organizer, registered delegates will receive a full refund or carry-forward credit to the rescheduled event date.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (PayU gateway or direct bank transfer) within 7 to 10 business days of written confirmation from the SGCA accounts department.
